职责描述: As a secretary you will be working with an intelligent team in a rapidly developing enterprise which will allow you to gain exposure to many aspects of the business. You should be highly organized with attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while working both independently and as part of a team.
Your role will include but not limited to:
1. Provides administrative support to the President Office as necessary; schedules meetings and appointments as assigned
2. Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters
3. Contacts/sources service providers to produce/source merchandise and/or materials. Negotiates to ensure best possible price and quality is received
4. Operates personal computer to enter data and print and/or fax letters, tables, reports and other materials
5. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
6. Performs all related HR supports of foreigner’s visa issues
7. Provides full supports for Compliance Manager on assigned projects
You should be a degree holder in Administration or relative fields. You must be proficient in Word, Outlook and Excel with excellent interpersonal and written skills. You should possess a positive outlook, enthusiastic, self-motivated, hardworking, responsible and resourceful with a desire to learn new techniques and skills. Above all, you must possess the ability to see assignments through to completion. Excellent Chinese and English in both verbal and written language skills a must. Two or three years working experience as a secretary or an assistant in multinational company a bonus.
